 Halime Hatun (Ottoman Turkish: حلیمه خاتون‎) was, according to some Ottoman folklore, the wife of Ertuğrul (13th century) and possibly the mother of Osman I.Personality

Halime is portrayed as a loyal woman, who is ready to do anything for Ertugrul. This is shown in season 1 when Ameer El Aziz proposed to her.

She is also a skilled fighter like Aykiz as she quickly adapts to the fighting styles after marrying ertugrul. Her warrior personality is shown throughout the series.

Despite her living at the Kayi tribe, Halime is well-eductaed since she had lived at the palace for many years. Ertugrul , before he learn to read, would ask her to read the letters sent in s1.

Although she has many good qualities, Halime is also naive and cannot control her emotions. This is shown several times when Ertugrul tells her to stop talking.Ertugrul

Halime Sultan met Ertugrul for the first time when he rescued her from the Templars in Season 1 episode 1. Both of them developed feelings for one another the moment they saw each other, though Ertugrul was the first one to express it. She was willing to sacrifice herself and let Ertugrul stay in the tribe when it needed him.
